Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule of ships prior to her arrival at discharge ports
• Monitor and calculate demurrage, hire and freight rates.
• Track unbilled invoice and work closely with finance department
• Resolve disputes with Charterers.
• Maintain list of vessels on time-charter with commercial department
• Daily report to Management on all overdue invoices.
• Match funds received against invoices issued
• Analyse and correct lay time calculations submitted
• Do voyage reviews and follow up with Operators
• Process brokers commission

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounts or Maritime Studies
• Strong knowledge of chartering or previous working experience in a similar position is preferred
• MS Office Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
