- Responsible for data entry work for various emenu & ecommerce content management systems (training provided)

- Standby in the event of emergencies and after-hours critical support requests

- Occasional OT to standby for shop opening

Job Description:

The Drinks Stall Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of a drinks stall. This position involves various tasks related to beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness within the stall. The assistant will work under the supervision of the stall manager to ensure a smooth workflow and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and etc.
2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
3. Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the drinks preparation area.
5. Restock and organize inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of ingredients and disposables.
6. Operate and maintain relevant equipment, such as coffee makers, blenders, and cash registers.
7. Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.
8. Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized display of products.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
10. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· Issue PO , input Supplier Invoices , Supplier payment, staff claim and Giro payment.

· Purchase of Material for Production and Office.

· Assist in month end financial closing Handling Franchise and Outlet matter.

· Check Bank Reconciliations on Payments/Giro

· Month end accruals and other related journal entries Submit Statistic & GST quarterly.

· Assist in yearly audit schedule. Goods Receive, etc.

Accounts Receivable

· Prepare monthly summary , issue Sales Invoice.

· Credit control function - prepare SOA for customer and chasing payment with call and email.

· Update and manage incoming fund from customer and outlets. Bank Reconciliations - Receivable

· Assist In-house Accounting Module updating.

· Handle any other ad hoc requests from management ,etc

· LCCI Bookkeeping Certificate
