Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognized tertiary establishment in Facility Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services

Job Descriptions :

• Reports to Design Manager
• Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation
• Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information
• Build up, regularly update, and enhance BIM objectives, templates, and object libraries for the Company.
• Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors
• Review Design Models Fabrication Models and Drawings
• Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability
• Create construction and as-built models
• Develop Virtual Mockup and 4D simulation Ensure Modelling Quality Control
• Follow the standards, workflows, settings, and best practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality consistent models and drawing output across the entire project.
• Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
• · Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.
• · Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• · Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Minimum 2 Years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards
• Development, Client Presentation and trouble shooting in related field.
• Familiar and well-versed in VDC, Revit Architecture,Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360

• Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
