• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineerng from a recognized institution.
• Able to plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to work independently .
• Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage
• At least 1 years relevant experience

- Supervise site work based on approved drawings

- Coordinate & Lease between subcon, consultant & owner

- Prepare all necessary documents & drawing for submission

- Direct reporting to project manger.

- Coordinate and clear all necessary government submission

- Inspect completed M&E works to comply with building regulations

- Preferably with own vehicle to travel between sites

• Coordination of structural works during construction process
• Assist project department in manpower and resource planning
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure and construction issues
• Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering, and schedule issue
• Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
• Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers
• Able to use Autocad and take on QS role will be beneficial
