• Inform the relevant department head of any complaints or issues regarding the facility, taking action or recommending amendments if necessary.
• Complete daily opening procedures and checklists, reporting any housekeeping or maintenance issues to the relevant department and ensuring prompt resolution.

10. HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE:

• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to and that all new staff receive instruction as part of their spa and wellness induction programme.

The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS) was formed in 2019 to provide a united voice of the industry and to support the use of hydrogen in Singapore as one the possible pathways to meet Singapore’s Long-Term Low Emissions Development Strategy. The Senior Manager is a managerial role and will work towards fulfilling the key strategies of HFCAS. The Senior Manager will work and report directly to the elected Secretary-General and President who serves on the Executive Committee. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the association’s strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of key projects and programs. 1. Stakeholder Engagement:
