I am currently recruiting for a Clinic Manager for a Private Surgical Eye Clinic based in the CBD. This clinic has been established for a number of years' but was recently purchased and rebranded by a new doctor and they are looking to build out a new team to service their patients.

They are looking for you to help maintain the clinics excellent standing and reputation whilst also helping them to modernise and improve.

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and train a team of Clinic Executives and Optometrists to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient service.
• Oversee consistency in clinic protocols, including patient registration, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing, and compliance with MOH guidelines.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for a Deputy Fleet Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager, Technical & Marine, by overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our marine fleet. In addition, you will enhance fleet performance, optimize resources, and support the strategic objectives of the fleet management department.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Fleet Operations Management

• Manage daily marine fleet operations, including vessel scheduling, deployment, operational efficiency, and preventative maintenance plans to ensure vessel reliability.

• Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including waste disposal, emissions reductions, hull biosecurity, and cyber security.
