Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and provide finance support to the management
• Prepare / Post journal entries, process suppliers invoices and payment, generate customers' invoices, bank reconciliation and related
• Manage month-end / year-end closing, accruals, generate management reports, financial analysis and payroll
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly GST, handle GST queries when required
• To ensure financial reporting is compliance with the local accounting reporting standards and group policy
• Support the planning process for budgets and forecast
• Be pro-active with operational matters, work closely and build good working relationship with operational staff
• Prepare monthly bank balance reports (monitor / track fund movement)
• Provide feedback on workflow process improvements
• Work and liaise with auditor on audit documents / reports & queries
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Min 5 years of accounting related experience
• PC Literacy Skills - MS Office with strong Excel knowledge
• Possess initiative, strong planning, administrative organizing capabilities, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and proactive
• Possesses the highest levels of integrity
• Pleasant personality and good team player
• Able to work under pressure and independently

What You Will Deliver

• To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients
• To be responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver co-ordination
• Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern
• Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database
• To consolidate the order to maximize the use of truck and vehicle
• Responsible for on-time connections from WH
• Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department
• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations

Who You Are

• Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus
• Having project experience will be a plus
• Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel
• Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
• At least 1 year of Logistic Industry experience
• Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables
• Able to work shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system administration and support including on-boarding new users, data management and customizing reports
• Liaise closely with system vendor and business users in system implementation and maintenance in accordance to project timelines and policies.
• Perform data quality audits, data preparation and transformation.
• Analyse business processes to suggest process improvements using RPA solutions.
• Conduct end-user training on catalogue system and provide on-going production support.
• Plan workflow initiation for new service requests and ensure requests are delivered on time through regular monitoring of status request.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in workflow/process planning and IT system support
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, power BI
• Knowledge or Experience with AI or automation tools (BluePrism, UiPath, etc)
• Cloud experience is advantageous
• Good analytical and organization skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
