1. Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory at OSPL.

2. Ensure sufficient EQM to support OSPL business.

3. Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.

4. Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.

5. Evaluate depot vendors’ performance.

6. Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.

In addition to the above dual functions, the Manager or Senior Manager will also be expected to initiate process improvements to align with business and customer requirements.

Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in a relevant field.

· Good analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing digital tools (e.g., Power BI).

· Quick decision-making and effective vendor engagement for maintaining Ops excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall execution and completion of the project

• Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes of the project

• Appraise the suitability of the construction techniques and method statements
