About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within Food court/Coffee Shops.

Highly sensitive to what is happening in the food industry market, you will be able to identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies. Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Project Risk Register as a true reflection of the Project risk during project stages (Design, Procurement, Construction/T&C)
• Lead and conduct periodic Risk workshop with the project team for identifying and updating mitigation measures based on actual project status.
• Discuss, submit and follow up of Risk Registers between Consultant and end user.

M&E Lead

• Perform conceptual design, feasibility study, preliminary and detailed design for site installation of M&E Equipment and Piping Works.

Requirements
