JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan and manage all detail of the project from inception to completion

Forecast monthly progress claim and expenditure budget

Manage sub-contractors performance

Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors, suppliers and project team

Monitor equipment usage and allocation

Attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a recognized Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.

Minimum 3-6 years working experience in related and project management field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations in ensuring fulfilment and efficient delivery of services to the customers.

• Lead and supervise all team leader to ensure project accomplish

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience as a managerial level in your previous working experience.
• Having a CEI (basic) license is required. After joining, you will need to go for the CEI exam and get certificate.
• Having a university diploma or above education certificate. Majoring in human resources or other relevant majors is an advantage.
• Good at communicating with multi-country clients such as Chinese and Malaysian.
• Good at using computers, and skilled to use Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel.

Job Description

• Create overall funds strategies based on the capital budget to support operational needs and investment initiatives
• Manage the routine activities related to funds planning, fundraising, funds allocation, security, etc.
• Evaluate the funds budget and compile the company's monthly funds plan
• Generate cash flow statements, analyze the utilization of funds, and produce reports related to treasury operations
• Oversee the implementation of treasury-related business
• Develop and refine a robust system of treasury processes and policies to effectively control treasury functions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

• Prior Experience in oil / energy / petrochemical industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
