- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies

- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

- Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in excel includes Vlookup and pivot table

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy
