• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/“O’ level, NITEC, Higher Nitec in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must be able to commit to 3 night and 1-weekend shifts.
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling of cash with the aid of cash sorting machine
• Moving of cash boxes / cash bags / coin boxes from time to time

Job Description

This position requires candidate to perform general radiography to produce good quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Provide prompt imaging services while ensuring safety, good service and care to patients.

2. Perform general radiography (X-Ray) in a clinic setting.

3. Good housekeeping of the procedure rooms and work areas & proper care of the equipments.

4. Implement quality assurance programmes and ensure compliance, as well as initiate system improvement.

5. Adhere to safe work practices especially in radiation safety and infection control.

6. Handle patients’ complaints and queries within the department / section promptly and effectively.

7. Ensure smooth operations within his/her section of specialised area and ensure proper usage and care of equipment of the section at all times.

8. Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects/activities as assigned by the Management.

Technical Skills & Competencies

1. Perform chest x-ray for patients

Export role

• Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for perishables, general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Freight Master
• Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
• Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines
• Give instructions to Drivers/Cargo-hands on the transfer of cargo for export
• Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with good attitude and initiative
