Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and handle potential claims from customers and partners

Responsibilities

• Perform financial, statistical modelling and data analytics (ranging from traditional to more advanced technics) for a wide range of client portfolios (financial and non-financial services)

• Ensure that all safety measures are complied with the requirements of the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act

Staff Management

• To supervise the department’s supervisors and store assistants’ work performances and job functions; to ensure that all staff discharge their duties correctly and smoothly in accordance with department’s system and company’s regulations
• To maintain discipline in the warehouse / department
• To plan work schedules and apportion tasks and responsibilities
• To introduce work procedures to improve efficiency
• Any other job-related duties assigned by the company

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operation (B2C)
