OVERVIEW

4. Continuously iterate the operation workflow of content creators and also lead to improvements of operation tools in order to improve the operation efficiency.

As a Systems Engineer (C3), you shall be responsible for the general administration, support and smooth running of the assigned projects.

What will you do? 

• Perform site supervisor role to manage the necessary stakeholder for project activities. 
• Conduct Installation, Commission, Integration & Testing activities on site.
• Coordinate and conduct hardening servers, VAPT, etc
• Install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. 
• Manage systems changes using an established change request process, including assessing the impact, obtaining necessary approvals, and communicating status updates to multiple stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting thorough investigations, and providing timely temporary and/or permanent resolutions. Keep all relevant parties informed of the incident status and any ongoing investigations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and proactively implement measures to prevent recurrence. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and make adjustments as necessary.
• Proactively monitor and measure the performance and availability of systems, using appropriate monitoring tools and methodologies. Identify and implement corrective actions to improve system performance and availability based on the findings.
• Monitor and maintain agreed service levels, such as response times for service requests and system availability. Document and regularly update system configurations, and provide comprehensive reports to relevant parties on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service continuity measures, including robust backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure uninterrupted business operations in the event of a disruption.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance on systems to customers and project teams, assisting them in making informed decisions and resolving complex technical issues.
• Manage the resources and schedule for system implementation and operation activities, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to timelines.
• Good to have troubleshooting skills and resolving issues related to PSIM (Physical Security Information System), CCTV surveillance systems, access control, alarm & intrusion systems, and network infrastructure. 
• Good to have backend system configuration and setup skill sets & experience as below:
• Perform CIS hardened for Window and Linux Server
• Perform partition for Window and Linux Server
• Perform configuration of linus server
• User account with limited privilege (sudoers)|SSH account (sshd_config)|Password control (change/password)|Server restoration with REAR
• Perform Bio configuration and update in offline environment 
• Symantec Anti-virus update in offline environment
• Update/upgrade of Linux OS (patches) in offline environment
• Update/upgrade of application (ONMSi) in offline environment 
• Perform basic computer and network maintenance

What You Can Expect To Work On

1. Live Product Operations:

• Ideate and execute live events and/or product initiatives that serve to enhance key metrics of our games, including but not limited to activeness, retention, and monetization.

2. Community Engagement and Management:

• Act as the point of contact for our gaming community; key channels for communication would include Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X).
• Respond promptly to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns by engaging relevant internal stakeholders & follow through communication flow end-to-end.
• Organize and moderate community events, AMAs, and discussions.
• Implement strategies to grow and engage the community across various platforms.

3. Product Analysis:

• Collect feedback from community members regarding our existing games as well as new games in the pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to prioritize features given community wants and needs.
• Regularly analyze and report on community sentiment and trends.
• Research on current as well as upcoming trends in the gaming community

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 gaming is a plus.
