20. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.

21. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.

22. Planning work to ensure that materials, machineries, authorities’ approval and sites condition are ready before the work starts.

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for managing projects and providing service support to ensure efficient and effective operations across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to renovation and cyclical maintenance of Childcare and Student Care Centres from planning to execution.
• Oversee term contracts for Facilities Management services to support the needs of various centres.
• Lead system administration of new digitalization initiatives such as eProcurement System, CCTV, and Access Control System.
• Assist in conducting checks and audits of projects to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
• Assist in formulating processes and procedures for the Operations Department.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Building & Construction) related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing renovation projects; knowledge in Civil Engineering and/or Building and Construction preferred.
• Experience with Pre-school ECDA Guidelines, especially in renovation and cyclical maintenance.
• Experience in IT support coordination is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
