• Track shipments in different couriers or agents in different countries.
• Coordinate phone calls with agents/clients to solve issues if needed.
• Data entry duties (e.g.: shipment creation, upload shipment info to internal system)
• Documentation and filing duties; upload documents into internal system.
• Data and records updating and maintenance.
• Report generation duties, as and when needed.
• Escalate any issues/situations as necessary.
• Support on the preparations of Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders via emails, calls, or face-to-face meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Tender clarification & presentation (supporting sales activities)
• Assisting project team on technical matters (process design &calculation and sequence of operation)
• Assist to source new product technical evaluation

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge (i.e. Process Design and calculation) in membrane (MF/UF/RO/MBR), Ion Exchange (2B3T, MB, CPU, EDI) and pretreatment processes (coagulation/ flocculation, sedimentation, clarification, filtration)
• Relevant project management / plant testing & comissioning experience will be an added advantage
• Self-starter, highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details
