• Organize departmental events and training workshops. Participate in events’ service agreements, sourcing, and recommendations of vendors.
• Understand and conform to procurement guidelines for all stages of purchasing procedures with timely approval, accurate entries, and proper filings.
• Monitor department generic email box and distribute incoming info or communications. Refresh departmental intranet and shared digital workspace with updated information.
• Manage incoming or outgoing documents and billing in a timely manner including courier services and postage, name card printing, etc.
• Manage end-to-end arrangement of local or overseas conference, study, and visit trips.
• Review, improve, and update administrative policies and standard operating processes.
• Organize department team bonding activities to promote and strengthen camaraderie.
• Assist in departmental annual budget preparation and provide monthly updates.
• Oversee office supplies and liaise with suppliers and vendors.
• Assist in the onboarding process for staff including scheduling of orientation sessions, application of IT access, etc.
