Global Training Academy :

• Oversee and Design a global training strategy focused on innovation and emerging industry trend aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure the training programs support the development of key skills required for the organization’s success.

Education

Degree or Master in Engineering/Business Adminstration/Science or similar etc.

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related field, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful funded research and development projects.
• Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including RTOs, universities, and industrial partnerships.
