Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, including products listings, writing products descriptions and after sales service.
• Optimize the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring that it is easy to use, visually appealing, and functions smoothly.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and drive customer engagement.
• Work with the sales team to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic to the company's e-commerce site and increase conversions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services through various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company's e-commerce and marketing strategies.
• Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets.
• Creation of marketing collaterals – including EDMs, POSM, Site Banners, Social Media Content etc.
• Management of social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  Support in marketing/trade/retail tasting events with set up and organizationAd-hoc marketing related work/ events

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
• ITE Certificate or higher in Business/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT/.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform e-commerce and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, HTML and basic photography skills.
• Able to use MS Outlook, Office Word, Excel.
• Graphic design background will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Result oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, IT-savvy and meticulous with an eye for details.
• A good team player and able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of database servers (such as MySQL and MariaDB) and operating systems (including Linux and Windows) for our remote monitoring systems.
• Develop and implement software using Python for machine learning analysis of sensor data from our equipment, aiming to improve data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate on projects, monitor system performance, troubleshoot emerging issues, and engage in continuous learning.
• Any ad-hoc IT-related assignments.
