As a member of the WFM team you will be vital in ensuring agents are scheduled to be working at the right place and at the right time. You can expect to be working with a number of stakeholders from operational teams, product teams, and analysts, across all levels. You’ll be leveraging our WFM tools, providing support and expertise to our agents and operational leads. This coupled with deep understanding of our customers' needs, you will have a direct impact on helping our customers get support when they need us as well as enabling our agents to do their best work.

Your Mission

• Know exactly where SLAs and our metrics stand at any given time

• Create regular health reports for stakeholders and have a full understanding of the status of our queues, ready to articulate to our stakeholders

• Confidently and calmly handle incidents and manage stakeholders while devising steps to mitigate the situation

• Identify process improvement opportunities and take the initiative to automate, improve efficiency, and reduce waste and cycle times across WFM practices

1. Human Resources Assistance

What the role is

The Waste Infrastructure Management Department (WIMD) under the Infrastructure Operations & Management Division (WIOMD) oversees the availability of national waste disposal and incineration capacity, manages private waste facilities, waste disposal accounts and revenue collection by the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plants and Tuas Marine Transfer Station.

What you will be working on

You will work in the WTE Infrastructure Management Branch (WIMB) under WIMD which plans and manages the waste distribution for all waste disposal facilities including the NEA WTE plants, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) WTE plants and Tuas Marine Transfer Station/Semakau Landfill. It also manages and monitors the performance of the 3 PPP WTE plants under the Service Agreements with NEA. You will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor the performance of PPP WTE plants to ensure their compliance with the requirements of the Service Agreements and Good Utility Practice.
• Monitor and analyse data related to the operations of WTE plants and provide technical advice and expertise to support department’s operations.
• Assist in monitoring the progress and verifying the completion of refurbishment works conducted at the WTE plants.

What we are looking for

Job purpose:

The Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) Officer is responsible for implementing the third-party risk management program in Singapore Branch, ensuring effective risk management practices are in place for external third-party relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, oversight and management to ensure the successful execution of the Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) program that promotes a consistent risk-based approach
• Create, manage, enhance and implement TPRM Policy, procedures and program governance, ensuring that they are effectively managing risks posed by Vendor/Third Parties in accordance with the global risk management guidelines, the Bank’s risk appetite and Regulatory requirements
