Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality TCM consultation and treatment services to patients.
• Generating revenue and creating patient loyalty for the clinic.
• Supervising students of the DD Programme on clinical internship and junior TCM Physicians
• Preparing graduating Biomedical Sciences students for the Singapore TCM Physician Registration Examination (STRE).
• Conducting TCM courses as part of Continuing Professional Education and sharing TCM knowledge and clinical experiences with registered TCM physicians.
• Conducting educational TCM talks and public-run courses to raise awareness about TCM.
• Serving as a clinical instructor and examiner to junior physicians in the clinic.
• Ensuring incoming physicians are ready for individual practice.
• Ensuring exam papers are set fairly.
   

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Singapore Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
• At least 15 to 20 years of clinical experience, preferably with specialty in TCM Gynecology / Pediatrics / Mental disorders / Geriatrics / Oncology / Pain Management.
• Effectively bilingual and equipped with computer skills to manage electronic clinic system.
• Professional in conduct and appearance, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.

Responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday projects independently. Develops solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients. Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the area of expertise and consults on complex projects within a domain.

• Supported by an Integration Lead or working independently on smaller projects, play and active role in the delivery of a defined set of integrations that meet the client's business requirements
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert in functional/technical area.
• Obtain a thorough understanding of the client's business requirements, identify the most appropriate integration approach and capture accurate integration requirements,
• Translate the client's requirements into a detailed design that fully leverages the Workday integration toolset,
• Apply Workday integration expertise and technical skills to build complex integrations,
• Share knowledge of the Workday integration platform with the client to support their implementation decision making process and successfully transition into life in production.
• Work in collaboration with Functional and Data Conversion effort required to implement Workday Solution.

Required experience:

• 8+ years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications
• 8+ years consulting experience, either within a consulting/software organisation or as an internal consultant
• Must possess a Workday Integration certification
• 5+ years of experience as a certified consultant in Workday integration platform is required
• Should have worked in at least 10+ Workday implementations.
• Must be certified in WD Studio and have experience deploying projects using the same
• Experience in communication and Issue debugging with different vendor systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study
• A holder of the relevant Workday Certifications- Integrations and Workday Studio, Launch
• Use excellent oral and written communications skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build productive working relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise, responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform activities associated with Information Technology’s ERP system; business process architecture/design, and technology adoption of the ERP system.
• Participate and lead the implementation of Finance modules across all the projects by providing necessary business process consulting, training, SOPs, documentation, and applications consulting to ensure success in using the ERP software as a tool to improve overall business performance.
• Participate in our customer’s ERP solutions implementation in all business areas. Subject Matter Expert in Accounting and Financial Consolidation.
• Work with management to prevent or remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
