Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Senior Executive, Operations Planner will be responsible for managing the approval process for flexibags and ensuring that all stowage planning is properly managed. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all shipping operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve requests for flexibags shipments
• Develop and implement processes for the efficient and effective management of flexibags approvals

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Examined balance sheet open item and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, inventories, and expenditures
• Ensure fixed assets is capitalized on time
• Coordinate the year end audit process
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management report, corporate reporting, and other ad hoc reporting
• Leading annual Fixed Asset sighting and audit
• Review the annual purchase price
• Update existing manufacturing cost and cost rate
• Calculate and allocate fixed costs based on the annual budget
• Roll up component costs in the accounting system
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Accounting/Finance related fields
• Possess 3 years of related accounting working experience
• Familiar with SAP system preferred
