Job Descriptions:

· Manage, monitor and maintain the company company’s assets including property, equipment, motor vehicles, inventories, furniture and fitting.

· Managing of inventories such as pantry supplies, electrical consumables and furniture

· Responsible for office electrical services and maintenance.

· Maintain and manage cost saving by reviewing utilities consumption

· Tenant management – such as sourcing of new dormitories, renewal of dormitories’ contract, including handing and taking over, defect management, supervise tenant and enforcement of relevant terms under the lease.

· Manage, monitor, plan, control, and execute all activities connected with maintenance, repairs, renewal, and insurance claims of all vehicles.

· Manage offsite storage, including sorting documents and overseeing warehouse item projects.

· Undertake corporate administration function for the office and support HR and Marketing functions, such as events (Internal and external), recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, marketing, and branding initiatives.

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence and travel arrangements.

· Proactively identify, develop, and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building Facilities Management or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions for FE position.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
• Must be a well-organized, detail and oriented self-starter

Key Responsibilities

· Enhance engagement through the integration of visuals, videos, and infographics on your website

· Execute link building campaigns through the creation and promotion of linkable assets, outreach, and submission-based link building;

· Integrate on-page and off-page SEO (link building) with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital PR initiatives

· Analyze and measure key SEO metrics via related tools and platforms GSC, GA4, SEMrush etc;

· Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and new SEO tools and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

· 2+ years of experience in SEO related roles, proven results in SEO program is a plus

· Extensive background in digital content writing for various platforms, including blogs, journalism, and copywriting.

· Proven track record of driving engagement and prioritizing content's role in engagement KPIs.

· Proficient in SEO to track content performance and make data-driven improvements using best practices.

· Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

· Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools

Key Responsibilities:

In Store Operations

• Managing the operations of all stores
• Handling manpower and operational planning to ensure the smooth management and staff productivity
• Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
• Ascertain that visual merchandising guidelines are followed to optimize sales performance
• Making sure that stock takes are conducting regularly to ensure inventory accuracy

Customer Engagement Officer (CEO) Relations

• Ensuring that standard operations procedures (SOPs) are followed by respective staffs
• Managing of performance management and commission payout of staffs

Reporting

• Preparing, evaluating and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and inventory level to recommend and implement actions to improve sales
• Updating of sales with stakeholders

• Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
• With at least 4 years of working experience in Retail in the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry, preferably with experience leading a team
• Good communication and inventory management skills
• Digitally savvy and results-oriented
