Job Description & Requirements:

• Manage Sales Activities including address customers' enquiries, invoices & delivery orders, sales order processing, initialling of quotations and collection of payments.
• Perform support to sales admin & marketing functions.
• Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement. Updating data, filing and others sales support.
• Provide inside sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other Ad-hoc sales & admin duties assigned.
• Follow up marketing channel management.
• Propose and conduct build-up of an efficient net-work of distributors in assigned territory.
• Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and/or marketing activities/programs in the assigned market.
• Co-operate with distributors working with their customers such as retailers, contractors, specifies to gain some key sales & marketing objectives in respect of sales volume, market coverage, retail chain-efficiency and so on.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration / Management Studies / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Having a minimum of 1 years working experience in sales will be an added advantage.
• Possess basic materials and market trend knowledge
• Knowledge of cemen and concrete technology or building materials

As part of the GM International Branches Team, your role is to work closely with the Leadership Team, and other teams to support key strategic and operational priorities for Asia.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the Asia Executive in delivering the C&IB strategy into Asia.
• Align the Leadership Team and elevate the focus on key client, business and financial objectives
• Own and deliver key C&IB initiatives which are focused on Asia.
• Develop and execute a high-quality cadence/agenda for the Leadership Team, Offsites, Executive Visits, and ensure follow-through on key actions
• Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements and oversight progress of key customer, audit issue resolution and business issues
• Input to and delivery of content for senior audiences including Group, CEO, Board and Leadership Team papers as required
• Engage and actively work with senior executives and business partners across C&IB and NAB to report and update on business initiatives and/or issues

• Deep understanding of C&IB International Branches and the Australian C&IB markets, product types and client segments
• Excellent influencing, engagement and communication skills; ability to work comfortably with senior leaders, form a balanced point of view and bring differing opinions to alignment
