Overview:

Operations Executive play a key role in upholding and maintaining the safety and security of the school, as well as logistics and estate management. Assisting the OM to Lead and supervise a team of Operations Support Officers, you will directly impact the learning and development of students by ensuring a safe and conducive environment for them.

Scope of Services:

• Liaises and corresponds with the external agencies such as HDB, Town Council, TCs, Managing Agent, and LTA contractors to ensure school has a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

JOB PURPOSE

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operations / IT Support

• Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to all users.
• Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware, network and system (Including but not limited to Printers, Local Servers, CCTV, Door Access, Firewall Router, Computer, Smartphone & in-house operation program)
• Assist in system accounts administration, ensuring proper recording of IT hardware assets distribution and purchase.
• Manage IT Assets, software licenses, domain renewal and on-boarding/off-boarding
• Operate and troubleshoot for audio and video equipment and act as the main AV support for any events and meetings
• Assist IT Head in system analysis, database design and process design to develop solutions for fulfilling business requirements.
• Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance to protect data accuracy.
• Conduct individual or group training sessions regarding in-house application and related tools for internal employees

2. Administration

• Develop, review and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
• Upkeep of office equipment and subsequent housekeeping of maintenance for all IT assets and equipment.
