Sales Manager Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Support Director by collaborating with corporate to ensure company safety strategy, guidelines and processes are understood and implemented on all sites and providing safety management advice.
• Ensure that the Company Safety strategy is followed and that it is well communicated and understood by all employees.
• Manage the Safety competency within the sites and make competency building plans.
• Carry out Safety training and regular communication sessions such as briefing, updates, changes to all stakeholders.
• Manage contractor safety performance to achieve zero harm on sites.
• Actively engage customers and internal corporate staff by taking the lead to coordinate related safety matters in visits and meetings.
• Organize, manage and coordinate table-top exercises, drills, exercises for emergency preparedness and response and business continuity plans.
• License/Permit/Certificate holder responsible for stipulated duties accordingly e.g. Fire Safety Manager, Hazardous Substances Permit Holder, Workplace Safety and Health officer, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor degree in Workplace Safety and Health Management / Engineering related.

• Familiar with and support site Safe Management Measures (SMM) to implement safe management measures at all sites.
• Familiar with the requirements of bizSAFE level 5 standards and conduct risk assessment and maintain the risk management including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for the sites.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Merchandising Manager for leading sports brand. In this role, you will drive merchandising strategies that align with our brand vision and growth goals, ensuring product assortments meet market demand and resonate with our target audience. You'll collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and retail teams to enhance product offerings and optimize in-store and online performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for various product categories, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify customer preferences, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead assortment planning and product lifecycle management from concept to in-store/online placement.
• Work closely with the design and product teams to refine product lines and ensure cohesive, on-brand assortments.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and sell-through rates to optimize stock replenishment and minimize overstock.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product stories and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
• Prepare and present merchandising performance reports, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, ideally within the sports or fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and merchandising software.

• Be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams in relation to AML/KYC onboarding and lifecycle management, including guidance to the front office on documentation requirements.
• Perform client AML/KYC onboarding in accordance with Group FCC framework & internal policies and procedures.  
• Review and conduct source of funds & wealth corroboration of clients in line with regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with AML/KYC requirements for individuals and different types of entities e.g. Companies, Partnership, Financial Institutions, Trusts etc.
• Well-versed in Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk cases including PEPs, Adverse Media, Sanctions, and other independent recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
• Ensure client database is up to date and accurate in relevant software and systems used for the onboarding and ongoing monitoring stages of the lifecycle.
• Monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across business segments for ongoing reporting and highlight potential risks to local management for review and consideration.
• Ensuring that applicable Compliance policies and procedures are kept up to date for changes in regulations and in regulatory expectations and that management and staff are kept apprised of such changes.
• Assist with internal initiatives from time to time which include but are not limited to quality assurance, audit and/or regulatory inspections.
• Provide guidance as subject matter expert and act as a resource for junior team members.
• Conduct training for and alongside internal team members and stakeholders as and when required.
• Contribute ideas and participate in transformation and change initiatives to drive continuous improvement to further enhance key deliverables.
• Contributing to Group and Local governance and oversight forums – e.g. Acceptance, Continuation and Exit Committee (ACE), Risk & Compliance Committee (RCC) etc.
• Stay up to date with new AML regulatory changes and developments to brief team members and clients on applicability
