Job Description

• Manage and oversee the benefits enrolment process across all offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the company's global benefits strategy.
• Provide support for global integration initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of compensation and benefits programs across newly acquired or merged entities.
• Work closely with regional HR teams to align benefits offerings across all offices globally, ensuring consistency and competitiveness in the market.
• Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to ensure the company remains competitive within the market. Provide insights and recommendations based on the benchmarking data.
• Identify and address pay compression issues to ensure equitable compensation practices within the organization.
• Maintain a strong understanding of compensation and benefits trends and regulatory changes across a few countries, ensuring all C&B practices comply with local laws and regulations.
• Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs, making recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as necessary.
• Review annual compensation and benefits projects and initiatives, such as salary reviews, bonus matrix, promotion exercises, insurance renewals, staff welfare, and benefits.
• Assess and enhance the effectiveness of the performance management framework to engage, develop, and retain employees.
• Support global compensation and benefits practices, such as global mobility, tax equalization calculations, job leveling, benchmarking, etc.
• Participate in market surveys, market benchmarking, design and review salary structures, and analyse data to improve internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Participate in and lead projects related to compensation and benefits, such as policy revisions and global mobility initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Has 5 years of relevant experience in a compensation and benefits role, with a focus on regional or global responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices across multiple countries, especially within the region.
• Strong business acumens with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP Successfactors.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to launch new projects and modules within the HRIS framework.
• Ensure the HRIS system is configured to support the company's HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee data management.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the system meets the needs of the business.
• Provide training and support to HR and other stakeholders on the effective use of SuccessFactors modules.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through the HRIS system.

• Lead HRIS-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure that all HRIS modules and processes are effectively correlated within the system, providing a unified experience for users.
• Maintain data integrity and security within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

• Has 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS management, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching HRIS modules and managing HRIS projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized through technology.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.
• Strong business acumens with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Propose and deliver solutions for BaNCS product and services offerings. Work with different groups within who can aid in supporting the client requirements.
• Work with the key client stakeholders to understand the demand opportunities in their areas and position organization capabilities accordingly.
• Work with key stakeholders to position TCS offerings and capabilities to client, capture new initiatives and potential white spaces.
• Participate in multi tiered governance forums to present the health of the portfolios.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the service delivery to client is done in a seamless manner.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure targets and key imperatives are met
