Must Have
- Understanding of BaNCS product and its offerings, Ability to propose and delivery solutions with BaNCS product proposition in the financial institutions.
- Expereince in delivering programs in LowCode/NoCode , BaNCS product, Cyber security, GenAI
- Experience in delivering Insurnce platform transformation solutions
- Experience in Implementing Cybersecurity framework for large financial institutions
Good to Have
- Industry best practice knowhow
- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM standards
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience in SAP based programs execution
Roles & Responsibilities
- Propose and deliver solutions for BaNCS product and services offerings. Work with different groups within who can aid in supporting the client requirements.
- Work with the key client stakeholders to understand the demand opportunities in their areas and position organization capabilities accordingly.
- Work with key stakeholders to position TCS offerings and capabilities to client, capture new initiatives and potential white spaces.
- Participate in multi tiered governance forums to present the health of the portfolios.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the service delivery to client is done in a seamless manner.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure targets and key imperatives are met
