Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM leadership role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Oversee the full set of company accounts, ensuring smooth daily accounting operations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports with analysis, including matching principles for revenue and cost recognition.

The Company

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional BU Controlling Manager (independent contributor) to join their regional APAC office in Singapore.

The Role

This is a newly created role in view of the growth of 2 business units (BU) and requiring an in-depth support as a business partner to the business leaders. Reporting to Regional BU Controlling Director, you shall be responsible for all aspects of Business Controlling support for the automotive and electronics BU in Asia Pacific; Ensure reporting and analysis requirements in terms of accuracy, quality and consistency is met in the most efficient manner. Proactively drives processes and supports the various business stakeholders to make well-informed commercial decisions and achieve business objectives.

• Work with in-country's finance team as well as respective functional/ business teams to meet reporting requirements.
• In-charge of all Business Controlling reporting for the 2 BUs in the region, including but not limited to profitability by markets, sales reporting, margin variance analysis, sales pipeline assessments etc.
• Work collaboratively to provide insights on business performance, identify trends and perform sensitivity/ impact analysis.
• Develop and ensure that the business controlling activities are being performed in a systematic and efficient manner and that the business tools available are being utilized in the most optimal manner.
• Support and ensure base decisions on financial as well as other relevant data/KPIs are transparent, accurate and show the appropriate level of detail.

Your Profile

• Work with the Regional Finance and Group Tax teams, to deliver a robust tax governance & risk management framework across the region including delivery of the Tax InControl framework.

• Provide advice in relation to indirect tax matters including cross-border supply chain issues.
• Support the APAC region businesses with tax audits, disputes and litigation.
• Ensure the capital structure of the APAC region is managed including delivery of the annual cash repatriation strategy.
• Monitor tax law changes and support the local markets to deliver required process or systems changes.

Job Requirements
