SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Oversee the daily operations of the New Business team, ensuring that all applications are processed within established turnaround times.
• Monitor and assess team performance to uphold high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular management reports that provide insights into key performance metrics, department performance, and operational insights. Use data to make actionable recommendations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, enhancing overall productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure that all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on applications to minimize errors and reduce risk, maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the New Business team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Act as a primary liaison for business partners, handling communication related to new business processes, product updates, and service expectations.
• Conduct training sessions for business partners to support understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Address and resolve inquiries from business partners promptly to maintain strong working relationships.
• Lead and execute new business projects or initiatives, collaborating with the HOD and cross-functional teams
• Assist the HOD in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in product development, business administration and client relationship management would be preferred
• The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in team lead role
• PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on AS400 is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to define, research and resolve problems
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively under deadlines
• Committed, take ownership and results-driven

Job Description

• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors
• Attend site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor
• Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan
• Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors’ installation
• Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Building M&E Service (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) , Mechanical and Eletrical Engineering
• Min 8 years of experience
• Familiar to Building services (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) code requirement and basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC
• Experiences for coordination with architecture, C&S and process team for M&E Space, maintenance and fire exit routing
• Skilled in design, coordination, and project management
• Experience in tender bidding, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Interpersonal, communication skills & leadership
• QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification are highly desirable
