- You shall report to the Company's General Manager and Director / Executive Management. You shall undertake the duties and responsibilities of your position or such other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Company.
- In the discharge of your duties and responsibilities, you shall observe and comply with all regulations and directions from time to time made by the Company or given to you and shall endeavor to further the business and interests of the Company.
- You shall be involved in the day-to-day restaurant operations.
- You shall oversee and manage the day-to-day operation.
- Work with FOH Manager and other personnel to ensure efficiency of provisional and purchasing of supplies.
- Optimize wine and spirits sales and inventory.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure practices are in accordance to food safety standards.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness & hygiene standards and maintenance of and dining areas.
- Training and supervising of employees.
- Maintain a high level of customer service standards.
- Welcome customers and assist them whenever necessary.
- Assist in accounting, including the daily consolidation of sales, sales cash management, petty cash management, filing invoices, counting, and registration of monthly bar inventory and wine inventory.
- Perform any duties in the capacity as needed.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety guidelines.
- Anticipate and meet the needs and unexpected wishes of every guest.
