RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing Subject Matter Consultation & Solution Recommendation [during the technical engagements/ meetings (with clients & partners) on product features, functionalities, platform designs, PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, etc.] in the form of:

1. POC (Proof-of-Concept) & POC Deployment,
2. Demo & Presentation,
3. Proposal Writing,
4. Product Training/ Enablement, &
5. On-site (or Remote) customer Engagements.
6. On-site Troubleshooting & Lab Tests (at pre-sales stage).

• Other relevant duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have minimum 2 – 3 years of either the technical hands-on (designing & implementation) experience with CyberArk.
• Required to have Diploma (or higher) level education in IT/ Computer Science or Cybersecurity or equivalence
• Able & willing to articulate clearly, confidently and comfortably with the clients & partners (across all levels)
• Willing to upgrade oneself with the related technical certifications while working full-time (company will provide continuous sponsorship for these certifications)
