Job Title: Sales/Telemarketing Executive (Tuition Centre)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Telemarketing Executive to join our tuition center team. If you have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals and a talent for communication and sales, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and existing leads to promote our tuition programs.
• Explain the benefits of our courses and services, focusing on how they can help students excel academically.
• Follow up on inquiries and provide detailed information about tuition packages, schedules, and pricing.
• Convert leads into enrollments by understanding the needs of parents and students.
• Maintain and update the database of leads, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the center.
• Build positive relationships with parents and students to foster long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the education or tuition industry.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Job Details:

• Location: In-person at the tuition center or remote (depending on the situation).
• Compensation: Base salary + commission based on performance.
• Work Schedule: Weekday: 1.00pm to 9.30pm, Weekend: 9.00am to 7.30pm

Responsibilities

• Drive and Manage analysis & design, solution validation, workshops under assigned domain to ensure consistent and complete requirement and solution coverage.
• Participate in projects for the implementation and development of the ERP system.
• Define and bridge the gap between the requirement, solution, development and testing, work with developers regarding the delivery: scope, resources, planning.
• Formalise the business requirements (functional & technical specification): document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions (As-Is and Target workflows), use cases, scenarios.
• Supporting Proof of Concepts (PoC) delivery and pilot design.
• Providing feedback to Product Development regarding new features, improving product performance, and eliminating bugs in the product.
• Preparing resellers on the technical aspects of selling solutions practices and procedures.
• Preparing Professional Services for efficient installations – professionally managing.
• Report on the progresses, risks and issues. Escalate to the project manager / delivery manager on a timely manner.
• Act as subject matter expert at specific areas and able to go deep into requirement / solution gaps with support from product architects.
• Acting as the contact person concerning functional questions as well as supporting consulting projects and workshops with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and presales especially on the Software development ERP Projects and Finance system.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Implementation experience in ERP Procurement Cloud, Accounts Payable, Invoice Scanning & Matching, Expenses, Tax, Subledger accounting, Approvals Management, data schemas to assist with migration of data from legacy systems and standard / non-standard approach to integration related to finance modules and enabling and reporting from finance modules using standard OTBI functionality
• Experience with Oracle Integrations Cloud (OIC) including Visual Basic Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Integration using Oracle Fusion SOAP Services and REST APIs
• Experience in building custom Cloud applications/extensions using Visual Builder Cloud, APEX
• Experience in building OTBI Reports, Analytics, Dashboards, BIP reports, ESS Jobs and Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Knowledge of Trading, Middle Office, and BackOffice platforms such as Bloomberg, Avaloq, FinIQ, will be beneficial.

Purpose of Job:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the individual will be responsible for the general accounting functions of the finance department, which include calculations of partners’ rebates and commissions, AP/AR and reconciliations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Check & calculate monthly rebates and commissions for partners
• Handle Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable transactions
• Check employees’ expense claims and enter into accounting system
• Reconcile bank and alternative payment methods’ transactions
• Liaise with local/overseas subsidiaries on full set of accounts
• Data entry of transactions into accounting system
• Other adhoc duties as and when assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Business or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in accounting and analysis
• Previous experience in audit/accounting firm will provide a better edge
