Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager/Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the activities of the Centre, overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and coordinating various activities. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Centre Director, handling his calendar and travel management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Centre Director's calendar, international travel arrangements, and expense claims.
- Monitor deadlines and assist the Centre Director with administrative matters.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre, including procurement, office management, task coordination, grant applications and budgeting, grant monitoring and reporting, and events management.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Overview

• The Assistant Contract Manager supports the Contract Manager in all aspects of contract administration and management. This role involves assisting with the management of running contracts and subcontracts on the project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of the remaining contracts on the project, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Support the Contract Manager in reviewing and analyzing contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation on Variation upstream and downstream.
• Monitor contract performance and communicate with relevant parties to address any deviations from agreed-upon terms.
• Provide support in preparing reports and presentations related to contract management activities.
• Act as a liaison between different departments and external parties involved in contract management.

Academic Requirements

• Strong in people management skills.
• Practical experience & exposure in Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Management of at least 5 years.
• Capable of managing general administration & HR department with some years of track record/ experience.
• Chines Language skills
