• Research and kept abreast of Facility Management best practice process including but not limited to fault
reporting, contract management, asset management.
• Develop and re-engineer Facility Management business workflow for clients.
• Create and detail out business analysis, outlining problems, opportunity, and solution for business
• Find out potential areas to grow, develop and liaise with stakeholders to continuously create optimize and
efficient of people productivity
• Understand business process and work with technical teams whenever required.
• Understand organization’s current system workflow and processes.
• Conduct workshop with client to understand their current workflow process and propose new digitalization
workflow
• Conduct training for client on system workflow processes
• Perform any other ad-hoc activities as requested by immediate supervisor and Management Team
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business/ IT/Real Estate or equivalent
- 3 years of experience
- Experience with Power Point, Analytics and Visio
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
