What a Pre-Sales Senior Manager does at Visa:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Pre-sales (VGS) in the Asia Pacific region that is a self-starter, hands-on, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is client-facing and focuses on the pre-sales, solution design and technical development phases of an opportunity by supporting our regional frontline sales functions. The Solution Architects works directly with the public sector, issuing/acquiring clients as well as partners/ enablers to evaluate pain points in the iterative design thinking process and helps define the value proposition for both Visa and the client.

Team Summary
The Head of Acceptance Sales leads a team of sales leaders and sales executives in the regional market support centre in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region. This team are accountable for driving sales, revenue growth and overall market adoption of Visa’s expanding range of solutions on the seller-side of the payments ecosystem. Identifying how customers define success and then linking Visa Products and Services to specific customer needs so they achieve their defined goals.

This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us generate data-driven commercial insights, execute viral digital campaigns, and manage marketplace partners. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia team and will report to Country Director of Malaysia & Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, execute, and report on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & Google
• Performance marketing copy writing
• Press Release copywriting
• Product unique selling proposition copywriting
• Come up with innovative campaigns ideas (partnerships, events, social activation etc.) and for each marketing campaign
• Develop compelling and creative concepts adapted to global marketing frameworks
• Set campaign objectives and performance targets for each major campaign, with rationale, anticipation of results and ROI
• Execute all key aspects of the campaign
• Manage ecommerce marketplace stakeholders and effectively manage campaigns
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
• Foster strong relationships with media and influencers for periodic mass activation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies
• At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing & PR role.
• You should have successfully scaled and led result driving marketing campaigns 
• with clear management reporting metrics to measure success.
