• Approver (Tracking/Monitoring) of unusual bookings and non-compliant bookings, flag to HUB CEO (with the full support from Hub CEO)
• Responsible for main KPI on his/her scope (anticipation, non-compliancy ratio, total spent per category, fares..)
• In charge of contract with Airlines, local hotels and service apartments for all SCOR APAC
• Key contact for local referents on process, service and savings optimization locally
• Administrator for specific profiles (guests) and roles (assistants, accountant..)
• In charge of unreconciled invoices with Airplus LARS files and approval in Concur
• Organize Concur T&E training to new joiners and refresher trainings to existing employees
• Assist Hub MD to monitor unusual trips and report to Hub MD when such incidents occurs
• Assist Hub MD to ensure the staff adhere to Global Travel and Expenses Policy

Required experience & competencies

• Have at least 5 years of related working experiences in similar positions.
• Prior APAC experience is preferred.
• Need to have strong experiences dealing with airlines and hotel services.
• Strong preference for someone who is well connected with the airlines and hotels in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse global team of software architects, engineers, and test professionals, including contractors.
• Implement and champion SAFe principles and agile practices within the development lifecycle.
• Oversee the architectural design, development, and testing of software solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to senior architects, architects, and software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with teams across different regions to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Main duties and responsibilities:-

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service & after sales service.

· Provide professional skincare & treatment advices and consultation for customers, managing customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Lead and provide guidance to beauticians/therapists on the service and treatments to customers.

· Oversee and be in charge of the overall operation of the branch, e.g., the daily sales target, current promotions and updates, maintaining cleanliness and the excellent appearance of the working place, etc.

· Handle customers' complaints and feedback.

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment.

· Ad-hoc assignments delegated by the management.

Requirements

· At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented.
