• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patch management, and system backups, to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
• IP Network SDWAN standard SR/CR: Perform pre-defined standard change for various SDWAN platform (Cisco Viptela, Velocloud, Rasnet, Silverpeak Fortinet etc)
• Operational Tasks: Execute daily operational tasks, such as system health checks, log reviews, and performance monitoring. Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed within defined SLAs.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing incidents and operational activities.
• Compliance and Security: Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring IT operations are conducted securely and in compliance with relevant standards.

• Tertiary education (Bachelor’s degree / Polytechnic Diploma) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support (LAN/WAN/Systems/Cloud).
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, VMware and IT infrastructure. Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Proficiency in network SDWAN platforms. Experience with performing change request and troubleshooting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for information security.
• Fluent communicator in both written and spoken English; Good interpersonal skills.
• This position requires working on a rotating 24x7 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing new revenue streams from existing accounts.
• 70% hunting new prospects with adequate time split on up selling to existing accounts.
