We are seeking a dedicated ICT Risk Management Specialist to enhance our ICT risk management policies, processes, and platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing risk data, addressing queries, and providing staffing support. If you have a strong background in ICT cybersecurity, data security, or governance, risk, and compliance management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy and Process Enhancement: Support the development and improvement of ICT risk management policies and processes across the government.
• Risk Data Management: Conduct quality checks and analyze data sets to derive actionable insights for management.
• Agency Support: Address queries and issues related to the ICT risk management platform and associated policies promptly.
• Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing inquiries, and documenting minutes and action items.
• Training Development: Enhance training materials and document case studies and best practices in ICT risk management.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct external scans of methodologies and case studies, providing insights on their applicability to our context.
• KRI Monitoring: Support the tracking and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, or governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Assessment Expertise: Prior experience in conducting ICT cybersecurity, data security, and project risk assessments is highly desirable.
• Data Skills: Proficient in data visualization and analytics, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-agency and functional teams.
• Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
