Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing

• Able to handle heavy lifting and packing, preferably with forklift license.

Purpose: Responsible for the company’s end-to-end sourcing of products related to manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs). In addition, the individual will be responsible for all phases of sourcing that require the skills necessary to identify cost-saving opportunities, lead-time reduction, supplier relationship management, create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, and generate contracts to assure the availability of all products to support the company objectives.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Source for materials, components, and service-related activities at the most competitive prices to fulfill business requirements.
• Develop and implement commodity strategies to categorize and transform the supply base that will ultimately achieve the company goal & and business objectives.
• Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to enable tactical buying for the Material Management Team (MMT) and meet business goals.
• Address outstanding Project Requirement Planning (PRP) and Change Control System (CCS) affecting the project to meet program/business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain and develop a win-win situation.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
• Prepare quotation to support customer budgetary request
• Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Engineering/logistics or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commodity specialist/supply chain role in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to interpret technical document(i.e.schematic/drawings/BOM/specifications) so as to source for OEM parts (mechanical & electrical)
• Work experience in machining, sheet metals or build to print parts (Cable assy, PCBA & etc) will be an added advantage
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills

About the Intrawise specialist (IWS) role:

The Intrawise Specialist is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third Party Management Team. Specialists are the main drivers to run independent projects, for achieving Wise’s mission… and being able to measure and assess the impact of outcomes. In this role, our team members have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of our internal services, how Wise leverages its scale to support teams across the globe and most importantly, their impact on our customers.

Expectations and Responsibilities for the Intrawise Specialist:

• Process Development and Project Management – Lead the creation of new processes on IntraGroup Governance from scratch and enhance existing ones. Utilise innovative solutions to improve intra-group operations (i.e. contracting, SLA monitoring etc) and drive overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• SLA Management – Oversee company and group wide agreed SLA’s, address ad-hoc issues, collaborate with SLA providers and country managers (receivers of services), to maintain and expand relationships.
• Regulatory reporting - Create and present monthly presentations outlining all Intercompany SLA and KPI performance, ongoing issue management, breaches, new services and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate – Collaborate with Wisers to work redrafting and defining new SLA’s, contributing your expertise and skills to achieve project goals especially on a global scale.
• Reporting Oversight – Autonomously oversee all SLA’s monitored around Wise, ensuring efficacy and reliability through SLA and KPI supervision
• Effective Communication – Independently lead communication with key stakeholders, fostering effective dialogue between internal stakeholders with different management structures; adeptly handle challenging discussions with professionalism and empathy.
• Relationship Building – Recognise the importance of building effective relationships within the team, with key stakeholders and across the organisation. Foster strong connections to enhance collaboration, provide assistance, and share critical information

The Intra Wise specialist is reporting directly to the Intrawise Lead.
