Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP Management, Reconciliation
• Ensure timely financial reporting for month end and year end
• Support year end activities by preparing audit schedule and financial information requested by auditors
• Develop good practices, policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control for Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss
• Analyse and provide financial data to Management in timely manner
• Handle any other general office administration

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Business Management and have completed course of study
• Aptitude for numbers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to read/write/converse fluently in Chinese/Mandarin as this role requires frequent liaising with Chinese counterparts
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel & equipped with IT skills will be preferred
• Work in office at Changi - Airport Cargo Road

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Senior Payroll Executive (Human Resource Department) who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties:

• Handle full payroll cycle for internal and outsourced employees
• Responsible for entire onboarding and offboarding matters
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure the organization in complying with local relevant regulations
• Involved in full spectrum of HR duties when needed
• Assist in recruitment related duties when needed
• Handle General Administrative Duties
• Provide support to the various departments
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
• Min 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be added advantage
