We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Tender Manager to oversee and manage tender processes, ensuring the submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. The ideal candidate will analyze RFQs, prepare risk assessments, and coordinate multiple systems to ensure timely and successful tender submissions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, especially in HT LV, ELV, and ACMV/Fire systems, along with the ability to handle multiple tenders concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and clarify RFQs (Request for Quotations) and opportunities during the pre-tender and tender phases.
• Raise queries or suggest amendments to influence clients or consultants where possible.
• Prepare a Risk Management (RM) checklist for presentation to local and Japan management for informed decision-making.
• Attend site show rounds to gain a clear understanding of the project scope.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) documents to accurately capture and define the tender scope.
• Lead and organize single or multi-system tender processes, including mechanical, electrical, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
• Ensure that all tender submissions meet quality, technical, risk, and compliance standards, and are submitted on time.
• Thoroughly review project specifications and contract requirements to ensure alignment with tender submissions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tender management, with expertise in HT LV, ELV, and knowledge of ACMV/Fire systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements.

Ensure timely payment processing and seek necessary approvals in adherence to the Delegation of Authority.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage credit control.

Maintain and tag fixed asset schedules.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting, including managing external audit and preparation of AFS.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Degree in Accountancy or Finance.

ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.

At least 8 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit/tax.

Commercial finance analytical experience in the SME consumer/F&B industry is advantageous.

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards and other accounting regulations.

Meticulous and analytical with data.

Experience with Hyperion (HFM) and Dynamics 365 ERP applications is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the establishment of trade department, formulate work plans and relevant budget, take full charge of daily management of the department;
• Manage import and export business process;
• Handle contracts, letter of credit and shipping documents independently
