Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Polytechnic diploma in a related field with a passion for digital trends and healthcare innovation.

Experience:

• Prior experience in medical product sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with professionals across various disciplines.

Skills:

• Independent and proactive with a keen focus on delivering results.

• A strong willingness to learn about the industry, product applications, and digital transformation techniques.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and supplier invoices. Attend query from vendor if any.
• Verify supplier invoices for accuracy and good receipts.
• Resolve any invoice issue with internal colleagues or vendors.
• Process payment for Suppliers within credit term granted.
• Enter verified and approved Expenses claim into Accounting system.
• Prepare for reimbursement of petty cash float.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly input GST report.
• Responsible to keep the record for approved vendor registration form.
• Documents filling and packing.
• Liaise with internal & external parties (e.g., other departments, Auditors & etc)
• Documents filing & packing.
• Ad hoc assignment assigned.

EXCAVATING MACHINE OPERATOR SUPERVISOR

• Operates a Excavator Superviosr to complete tasks such as digging, excavating, and move and/or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate
• Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
• May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
• May perform other related duties as required
• Supervise and Operat machinery and other equipment used in excavation projects
• Supervise and Inspect equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly and performing as intended
• Performing manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, moving dirt, and pouring concrete
• Monitoring the progress of work being done by other workers on site
• Keeping records of time spent working, materials used, and equipment maintenance issues to ensure compliance with regulations
• Operating heavy machinery to move dirt, rock, and other materials to construct roadways, bridges, dams, and other large projects
• Operating construction equipment to remove debris from building sites or excavate soil to construct foundations for buildings
• Installing pipes, wires, and other underground utilities using digging equipment such as shovels, pickaxes, bulldozers, and backhoes
• Installing pipes and other materials for water and sewage systems
