About the Role

Health, Safety, Environmental and Social (HSES) management is a strategic priority for PIDG, and we are seeking to strengthen the Impact team through the recruitment of a HSES Advisor.

The HSES Advisor is expected to support the implementation of the PIDG HSES risk management framework (and development arm HSES risk management processes as applicable) primarily for investments in the portfolio of our project development arm in Asia (InfraCo Asia).

Although the appointed candidate should support the Impact team in the implementation of the HSES risk management framework holistically across all HSES-related subject matters, the candidate will be expected to have a thematic focus on nature.

The appointed candidate will be based out of the PIDG Asia regional office in Singapore. Some travel will be expected between the PIDG offices and to project sites.

Main Responsibilities

Implement the PIDG Group HSES risk management framework:

• For investments in Asia, work with PIDG HSES to implement the PIDG HSES risk management framework (and development arm HSES risk management processes, as applicable) across the investment lifecycle, including:

1. Screen projects for HSES risk.
2. Support HSES due diligence, and/or contributing to, and reviewing HSES due diligence reports prepared by external consultants.
3. Develop/Input to Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAP).
4. Provide input into Impact clinics and investment committee papers.

Skills:

• At least five (5) years’ work experience in a related field (relevant sector, HSES and / or sustainability etc), preferably within HSES consulting, development finance or private equity / the wider investment industry.
• Good understanding of the development/implementation of HSES management systems.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects (preferably in the renewable energy, water supply, waste management, logistics and/or agriculture supporting infrastructure sectors) is strongly preferred.

Front-End - DotNet, MVC

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce quality applications

Back-End - SQL Server

Responsibilities

• Designing database tables

1. We are looking for Business Advisors to engage SMEs in Singapore.

2. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference by assisting, transforming and upskilling SMEs.

3. The role would also involve making digital recommendations to SMEs across industry solutions, cybersecurity, etc.

4. Offer first tier business advisory to SMEs on digital best practices, upskilling and other improvements

5. Managing timeline and project deliverables

6. Provide advisory on the adoption strategy and technology adoption roadmap

7. Manage communication with customer & customer staff

9. Managing multiple different projects and deliverables concurrently

Technical Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant digital experience, preferably senior executive with business development experience or equivalent.

2. Candidate should have prior experience working with SMEs and will be expected to support in lead generation efforts for the programme through their

existing SME networks.

3. Knowledge of government grants, initiatives, and support for SMEs will be required for the candidate.

4. Candidate shall be T-shaped person comfortable in handling different queries and managing conversations on different technology areas across various SME

(ie. tools, cybersecurity, etc.)

5. Experience and knowledge of working in / with local SMEs or related stakeholder is preferred

6. Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation with the ability to develop relationship across a wide and diverse group of people across age

segments.

7. Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and other local language (Malay, Tamil, Mandarin)
