Purpose statement

To operate and grow a successful Regional Delivery practice within sa.global, evidenced by sustainable growth, consistent achievement of budgets, and an engaged and retained workforce. To meet the goals and target agreed to support the wider goals of sa.global. As the Delivery Director for APAC, you provide management, leadership, professional and technical guidance in the delivery phases of the works; monitor the work being conducted; control processes to ensure contract compliance and manage processes to ensure that the works are delivered to the required standards and in accordance with the client and sa.global. In collaboration with other senior management, you will build and execute a people plan for the delivery practice to ensures APAC has the right capabilities to seize market advantage. This is a pivotal role that blends market, sales and solutioning, people, and delivery excellence.

Areas of Responsibility

· Responsible for the budget, team headcount, and meeting the revenue target goals for the delivery team.

· Work with the Account and Sales Managers during the SOW preparation phase to review all contracts. Hold responsibility for reviewing detailed information about project scope, estimates, timelines, roles and responsibilities. Assess all assumptions thoroughly, ensure that the statements are reasonable to mitigate any risks.

· Develop and execute the practice strategy, including specific targets for the use of the global service centres and the delivery of sa.global intellectual property, aligned directly to sa.global’s vision, to achieve the agreed annual revenue and EBITDA budgets.

· Monthly reporting of the results against the budget and strategy, delivered to both sa.global leadership and regional people.

· Monitor and proactively address practice KPI’s such as utilization and no bill work.

· Ensure regional compliance with local laws, regulations, and sa.global company standards and business rules.

· Provide visible leadership, that supports and promotes sa.global leadership values.

· Develop and execute specific initiatives to attract and retain the right people in the region.

· Ensure successful project delivery, driving value to the customer, and upsell where appropriate.

· Lead customer steering meetings or facilitated strategy sessions, analyze processes and recommend improvements, particularly when a SME is required beyond the project team or on larger, complex projects.

· Identify and resolve issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational success. Attend to project escalations.

· Scope the software and services required to help clients achieve their objectives.

· Ensure projects are forecasted properly and delivered on budget.

· Define “best practices” in delivery including templates, work plans, and methodologies.

· Enhance the reputation of the practice and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

· Measures customer satisfaction throughout an engagement, specifically identifying ways in which the team can increase current levels of satisfaction.

· Engage with sales and support the sales process from lead to deal close.

· Liaise where appropriate with Microsoft.

Experience and Abilities

· Proven relevant experience leading client engagements.

· A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations.

· Minimum of 5 years of project delivery within Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Education

The Account Receivable (AR) Systems team is part of Finance Revenue Operations and is responsible for the systems and technology utilized by the AR operations teams.

The analyst will be responsible for systems support and management of prioritized enhancement initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include end user support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business initiatives. Other responsibilities will include KPI analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

AR Operations is a customer impacting and complex space, we are looking for someone who demonstrates motivation to learn new skills and technologies with a growth mindset. Having a keen eye for details, good communication skills and efficient time management are key success factors.

Responsibilities:

• Support Revenue Operations including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for AR.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation
• Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Finance department.
• Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations.
• Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders
• Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
• 3 years of System Administration experience, preferably with Salesforce products
• 3 years of professional Systems Analyst or Product Analyst experience, or focus in system enhancements, product or technical program management
• Familiarity with Salesforce Products; specifically CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling
• Experience in technology implementations and development methodologies
• Proven experience in requirements gathering from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing solution options & risks
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to manage ambiguity, and changing priorities while delivering excellent results.
• Liaise effectively between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
• Operates effectively as a member of a team spanning multiple time zones
• Functional understanding of SQL or other query languages
• General knowledge of object oriented programming and cloud infrastructure

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Additional higher education in information technology or business administration
• Knowledge of agile methodology and product development models.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash operations such as credit, billing, collections, bad debt, accounts receivables (AR), as well as revenue accounting
