Salary: Up to $5K

Job Scope:

• Provide executive support to Board members and Senior Management

• Provide administrative support and manage calendar for Board members and Senior Management

• Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims

• Plan team meetings, corporate events, and other organisational activities,

• Coordinate internal and external logistics for high-level meetings

Job Requirement:

• Min. Diploma in any field

• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

• Excellent priority management and organizational skills
