Position Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with site visits and reporting, coordinate on-site activities, and perform cleaning tasks as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assist in conducting site visits and preparing detailed reports on cleaning requirements and conditions.

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
