• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• A passion for solving complex design problems and creating innovative, user-focused solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with motion design or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Conceptualization and design of facades, including preparation of drawings and structural calculations.
• Delivery of technical presentations.
• Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
• Supervision of construction, site inspections, and training of constructors.
• Preparation of technical submissions, proposals, and documentation.
