Training, Learning and Development of the Team

• Stream lines all training requirements and co-ordinates all arrangements for proper execution of instructions.

• Records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to F&B Office before the 15th of each month.
• Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.

Candidate's Profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management or extensive hands on experience in similar restaurant concept.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar environment.
• Prior experience in celebrity chef restaurant in first tier city preferred.
• Prior work experience in Asia, Singapore or South East Asia preferred.
• Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Performance

· Prepare periodical department budget & forecast, manage all operational costs within budgets

· Monitor and control inventories for operating equipment including linen, crockery and glassware where applicable

· Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals

· Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.

Operation

· Compile and update Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility periodically
