THE INTERNATIONAL RUBBER STUDY GROUP (IRSG)

The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) is an inter-governmental organisation with the main objective of improving the transparency of the world rubber markets and strengthening international cooperation on rubber issues. The IRSG is the biggest worldwide community in the rubber economy. The IRSG is recognized as an International Body through the negotiation of a Headquarter Agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom in 1978. The IRSG has 35 Member Governments including European Union (28 Countries), Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Cote D’ Ivoire, Nigeria, and Cameroon. Subsequently, a new Headquarter Agreement with the Government of Singapore was signed in 2008. The IRSG Secretariat is based in Singapore.

The mission of the IRSG is to be the world’s authoritative source of statistical data and forecasts for all aspects of the world rubber industry, including production, consumption and trade in rubber and rubber products. The seminal purpose of the secretariat is to prepare current estimates and forecasts of future supply and demand trends while undertaking statistical and economic studies on specific aspects of the industry to continually improve its value-added service to stakeholders. (A) JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) CONTRIBUTION TO STRATEGY AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION EFFORTS OF THE IRSG SECRETARIAT

Work with the Secretary-General and the Secretariat in strategy development and mobilizing resources and engage in building partnerships with donor and member countries, UN agencies, development financial institutions and global programme partnerships, at global, regional, and country levels.

Under the supervision of the Secretary-General, the incumbent supports overall effort to build partnerships, reporting functions, and mobilize an appropriate and sustainable funding base for IRSG from traditional and non-traditional sources. S/he will support the Secretary-General in developing partnerships building, donor mapping, and resource mobilization strategy, tools and procedures and coordinates their implementation including development of quality proposals, presentation and briefing papers to donors.

(2) PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

The incumbent will act in this capacity as the Strategy and Resource Mobilization Adviser to the Secretary-General, acting as a sounding board for ideas and ensuring enhanced efficiency and structure across the organisation. S/he is also expected to provide strategic advice and guidance on key developments within the organisation and ensure the appropriate policy approaches are developed to meet IRSG’s mission and objectives. As a result of developing and maintaining research, s/he would be expected to develop initiatives that ensure that IRSG acts as a catalyst for the rubber sector and collaborates with stakeholders on developing evidence-based approaches and support. The incumbent will provide input on strategy and ensure organisational goals are achieved in a well-coordinated, team-oriented manner.

S/he should be able to accurately reflect the Secretary-General’s position in internal and external meetings to help drive understanding of her views. Moreover, s/he works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the Secretary-General. S/he equally ensures Secretary-General’s time is leveraged most effectively in a meeting context; ensuring meeting objectives are realistic and preparations are appropriate.

Work in close cooperation with the Secretary-General and contribute to initiatives for management improvement by capturing, institutionalizing, and sharing best practices and lessons learned. • Screen residents to determine their health and social care needs
• Coach patients and caregivers in managing patients' health and social aspects, including managing chronic diseases, adopting healthier diets, and sharing information on suitable community resources and services for residents
• Implement changes to care plans co-developed with residents, in consultation with Senior WBCs and/ or clinical teams
• Guide SAWBCs & AWBCs in care coordination & case management duties, patient coaching duties as well as health and social care needs assessments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare, nursing or sociology discipline
• Operational experience in and knowledge of health social and community care sectors preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Versatile to adopt a variety of coaching methods, as suited for different resident and patient profiles

The Executive / Senior Executive shall participate and support the Project In-Charge in meeting the transformational requirements of the hospital or projects.

Your job duties include:

• Facilitate/Join working sessions with stakeholders towards defined/achieving project deliverables and timeframe
• Work with relevant cluster/hospital level workgroups to align projects and deliver project objectives
• Assist/conduct project feasibility study, project exploratory (i.e. Proof Of Concept/piloting) and tendering process
• Provide technical solutioning, analytical review and process review for the projects assigned
• Ensure timely updates or escalation of issues at appropriate levels
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of projects
• Manage project development and implementation (i.e. funding/grant approval and testing for operationalization)
• Technical review on current trending technology or technology relevant to project at hand. Provide proposal for next stage project development or potential technology that can be implemented in SGH
• Manage general administration duty

Job Requirement

• Degree with minimum 2 years working experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations
• Knowledge or qualification in robotic engineering, mechatronics, robotics programming, project management, human factors or any other relevant to above job function is preferred
• Able to manage/recommend/facilitate project changes accordingly will be an advantage
• Experience with vendor management will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

5 days work week, Monday to Friday

working hours: 7 am to 4 pm

Able perform healthier cooking using modern kitchen equipment such as combi ovens.

Prepares, seasons and cooks a wide variety of food for all aspects of MINDSFOOD catering services and to ensure high standards of food quality, quantity and presentation at all times. This includes maintaining industry food service standards and operational procedures and targets.

• Daily preparation of tea break and lunch for clients and staff.
• Prepares all food and beverage products, complying with the menu and in a proper, correct, and hygienic way.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout operation.
• Adhere to SFA guidelines and requirements.
• Requisite for purchases of all items one week in advance and assist in market purchases as when required.
• Report and request weekly inventories balance and new requisitions of dry and wet provisions during weekly planning meeting.
• Prepare all items for the next day menus and special events catering for the food production (thawing, cutting, marinating, blending, etc.) on time or earlier, if required. Ensure that all issued items are correct, sufficient, and counter-checked and portioned.
• Practices low food costs and to minimize food wastage.
• Ensure all dry and wet provisions for expiry and practice first-in first-out system.
• Arrange and ensure all meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, etc. are stored systemically and hygienically in the refrigerator and freezer at all times.
• Arrange, manage all dry provisions and stored systemically and hygienically in the store-room and kitchen areas at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Catering Coordinator.

Kitchen and Equipment Maintenance

• Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment's and tools daily.
• Ensure that all fridges and freezers are kept clean and in good working condition at all times.
• Ensure that all walls and floors are kept dry at all times.
• Cleaning and washing of kitchen walls and floors every day after cooking.
• Report all faulty equipment, gas & electrical appliances, etc. for repair immediately.

The Job:

Your role is to provide efficient and effective integrated person-centred health and social care to residents residing in SingHealth region. You will support Senior Associate Wellbeing Coordinators (SAWBCs) and WBCs in identifying and carrying out the interventions from the residents’ care plan. You will serve as a touchpoint to SingHealth residents and patients, and journey with them towards better health.

Your job includes but is not limited to the following:

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and care plan through regular check-ins
• Coordinatate health and social care by liaising with various stakeholders within the integrated community care team
• Implement changes to care plans developed with residents, in consultation with SAWBCs/ WBCs
• Maintain updated documentation of care plan, post-intervention follow-ups, and engagements with resident's and/or caregivers
• Assist in screening residents for health and/or social care needs such as administering physical & functional ability tests, basic vital sign measurements, simple questionnaires to understand residents' financial situation, screening residents' home environment and etc
• Share information on suitable community resources and services for residents to rely on
• Support team with community outreach and engagement efforts

Requirements:

• Local Diploma in healthcare or non-healthcare related studies or
• Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N/O/A Level with minimally 2 years of relevant experience

The Job

You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients. Your role will involve registration and scheduling appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients. You will also assist nursing and clinical staff with patients related activities and provide clerical support to the department. You will also be trained to perform oral, mid turbinate or nasopharyngeal swab and collecting the specimens for testing when deployed in pandemic roles as and when required.

Job Requirements

• GCE 'O' or GCE 'N' Levels, preferably with Certificate in Office Skills

Job Description:

You will take on a primarily patient fronting role and oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and that a high level of service is provided to our patients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Staff management and deployment

• Review and streamline processes to enhance operations efficiency
• Prepare and analyse performance data and reports and initiate recommendations to improve the department’s KPIs

The Job:

The Patient Service Associate (PSA) will serve as a point of contact who assists Community Nurses and Senior Care Coordinator Associates (SCCAs) / Care Coordinator Associates (CCAs) to answer calls and attend to general enquiries from SingHealth residents and patients. He/she will manage registration, appointment scheduling, referrals and billing to ensure smooth consultation with SingHealth HSG team. He/she will support the SingHealth HSG team in administrative and secretariat duties such as referral management, data collection and management, report collation and arrangement of multidisciplinary team sessions.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/GCE N/O/A Levels with 2 years of experience
• Diploma holders (preferably healthcare related) with 0 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organising and coordinating skills

You will perform clerical duties and data entry specific to the Laboratory Information System. You will also generate, sort and distribute laboratory test reports and attend to enquiries. You will also need to handle patients’ specimens (eg, blood tube, urine tubes).
